Holista Omega-3 Fish Oil Easy Swallow provides 200mg of EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and 100mg of DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) from 500mg MEG-3® fish oil blend (anchovy and sardine) per softgel.
The smaller, easy-to-swallow, softgel is ideal for those with difficulties taking large pills.
