Essential fatty acids (EFAs) are vital to the health and functioning of virtually every system in our body. Holista Omega 3-6-9 contains a unique blend  of EFAs derived from Flax Seed Oil, and 100% MEG-3 wild fish oil and borage seed oil, a balance of healthy fats from plants and fish oils that may otherwise not be obtained by the diet. Essential fatty acids are important for the maintenance of good health. They have been used in cases of cardiovascular disease, in alleviating certain inflammatory skin conditions, to improve metabolic deficiencies, alleviate hormonal imbalance and inflammatory conditions.
