Flaxseed Oil is an excellent source of Omega-3 essential fatty acids (Linolenic Acid) for the maintenance of good health. Essential fatty acids promote general health and regulation of the cardiovascular, nervous and immune systems. They can be used to help to prevent/treat inflammatory conditions (including certain skin conditions) and may help to ease symptoms of premenstrual syndrome (PMS).
