Provides 2500 IU of vitamin A and 200 IU of vitamin D, fat-soluble vitamins that are important factors in good health, and in the development and maintenance of bones and teeth.  Holista Cod Liver Oil is molecularly distilled and guaranteed to be free of impurities, toxins and heavy metals. 

CAUTIONS / WARNINGS:

  • May cause mild gastrointestinal upset, which is usually alleviated if taken with food
  • Consult a physician prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Keep out of reach of children

Suggested Usage:

One-two softgels daily or as recommended by a physician.
