Devil’s Claw (Harpagophytum procumbens) has traditionally been used in Herbal Medicine as a bitter herb to help stimulate appetite, provide relief of digestive disturbances and reduce joint pains associated with osteoarthritis. Devil’s Claw is a natural anti-inflammatory and can be helpful for the relief of pain and swelling due to arthritis, lower back pain, gout and tendonitis. Each capsule is standardized to 3% Harpagoside, an active constituent of Devil’s Claw.
 
CAUTIONS / WARNINGS:

  • May irritate gastric and duodenal ulcers
  • Use by diabetics should be monitored due to a possible hypoglycemic action
  • Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms continue or worsen
  • Do not take during pregnancy or while breastfeeding

Suggested Usage:

One capsule, three times a day or as recommended by a physician.

Ingredients:

Each capsule contains: Devil’s Claw (Harpagophytum procumbens) 2:1 extract 400 mg (secondary root tubers) (equivalent to 800 mg crude herb), Devil’s Claw root powder 2 mg (secondary root tubers).

Non-medicinal ingredients: Gelatin capsule (gelatin, purified water), microcrystalline cellulose, silica, magnesium stearate.

Contains no artificial preservatives, colours or flavours; wheat or yeast.
