Product Summary

Bilberry is a powerful antioxidant rich in flavonoids that prevent free radical damage. As an antioxidant, bilberry extract can help promote the integrity of connective tissue in the body, especially around the eyes.  Traditionally, bilberry is used to treat diarrhea, and mild mouth and throat inflammations. Currently, the research is focused on the treatment of vascular and eye disorders such as vision improvement, glaucoma, cataracts, and diabetic retinopathy. Bilberry might be helpful for those with poor night vision and may possibly be helpful in relieving retinitis pigmentosa, macular degeneration and general eye strain.

Suggested Usage:

One-three capsules per day or as recommended by a physician.

Ingredients:

Each capsule contains: Bilberry Extract (Vaccinium myrtillus) fruit 40 mg standardized to 25% Anthocyanidins, Bilberry powder extract 5:1, 305 mg (equivalent to 1525 mg of bilberry).

Non-medicinal ingredients: Gelatin capsule (gelatin, purified water).

Contains no artificial preservatives, colours or flavours; wheat or yeast.
